Step 1: Map the madness.
We start where it matters: your org’s purpose, potential, processes and, oh yes, its problems. Pretty much every organization has them. We harness this complexity as a catalyst for success. We get curious and dig in by looking at the org’s connective tissues — including processes, rituals, and movement of information — to understand culture, operations, and opportunities for change.

Step 2: Design the change.

We use what we learn to design for change. Whether it’s org design, new programs, systems, or policies, we’ll determine what we need to connect your org’s present to its potential. This change requires a blend of idealism and pragmatism, which is why we always embed your purpose in how you do BAU.

Step 3: Make it happen.

We’ve got project management chops like no other. We’ve taken the best of what we learned with agile, big tech, and startup experience — and left the rest. Just as importantly, your org’s capacity, culture, and operations drive our project planing. That way, we’re making it happen with you and with limited resistance. Don’t worry, we’ll aways bake in transition planning and training to make sure you’re never left hanging.
